A:  The process can take a little as seven (7) days from the time we connect with you. However, it could take longer depending on  the condition of the home, where you are located, and when we settle on the price.

Q:  Why should I not use a Real Estate Agency?

A:  Real Estate Agencies typically charge a 6-7% commission on the sales price of your home and can’t guarantee the home will be  sold.                                                        

Q:  Are we required to fix or pay for repairs before you buy our house?

A:  No. The offer made to you is the NET amount and no other cost or fees come out of your NET OFFER. We buy “AS-IS”.
